Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
We often encounter life experiences that affect our emotional state which result in faulty beliefs, thoughts or feelings and can result in problematic behaviors possibly affecting our family, romantic relationships, work, and academics. The goal of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is to teach us that though we cannot control many aspects of the world around us, we can control how we perceive, interpret, and deal with them.

Existential Psychotherapy
Existential psychotherapy is a philosophical method of therapy that operates on the belief that inner conflict within a person is due to that individual's confrontation with the givens of existence. These unavoidable conditions, as noted by Irvin D. Yalom, are the inevitability of death, freedom and its attendant responsibility, existential isolation, and finally meaninglessness.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy capitalizes on our storytelling tendencies to provide us with opportunities for growth and development, ways to find meaning, and a pathway to a better understanding of ourselves.
This therapy is a more specific and less common method of guiding clients towards healing and personal development, and it’s all about the stories we tell.

Person-Centered Therapy
Person-Centered therapy is based on the belief that all human beings strive for and have the capacity to fulfill their personal potential. Rather than viewing people as inherently flawed, with problematic behaviors and thoughts that require treatment, person-centered therapy identifies that each person has the capacity and desire for personal growth and change. This therapeutic process utilizes self-actualization.
